So I got my K1C and got printed for a few days.

One day I wake up in the morning and the printer was paused and showed on the screen to reload filament,

its was brand new 1KG roll...

I press play and go, after few minutes it's stopped again then I was realized somthing is wrong with the printer I played with the filament, and I was notice the light in the filament runout sensor starts to blinking.

I opened the sensor with the screwdriver came with the printer - just push it between the top/bottom part and twist it

be careful!!! The spring shot itself :-)

then I was notice one wheel with the spring was stuck (maybe not enough lubricate)and got grove via the filament, so the optic sensor was triggered even there is a filament in

I reached out creality thy send new sensor, until it be arriving I wanted my printer to work again

first bypass the sensor - just get the wheel with his bracket out keep the sensor connected to the printer but leave it aside and load the filament right in the PTFE tube

print the simple replacement wheel - I printed it in cf petg.

Before put it in the bracket, try to lubricate the road

after installing, make sure the wheels free to move

install everything back and happy printing!
