TINMORRY FILAMENT SPOOL ADAPTER - 31/54
Customised using openSCAD as thingiverse is just plain broken.
This is a customised print for a loose fit on a standard ender 3v2 spool holder, but nice and tight in the Tinmorry spool.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the design of the spindle on the v2, you cannot simply slide these on !!!!
To make these work, I cut the end off the back of the tube at the cuff. I drilled a single hole through the tube to allow me to fit a split pin or similar to stop any chance of the filament spool sliding off.
Combining 2 of these withPTFE tape wrapped around the ender spindle provides a nice, low friction solution without the cost of bearings etc.
Inside Diameter of adapter: 31
Outside Diameter of adapter: 54
Arm spring 1.4mm
6 arms straight.
Printing Guide
You can print with/without a brim - I used a brim as the arms have a tendency to want to warp, but usually stay down fine for the print, but brim cleanup is pretty trivial.

My attempt to use customiser, when I can get it to even load (not in Chrome on Linux, only on IPAD Chrome) the queue never processes the work ... Category: 3D Printer PartsThe author marked this model as their own original creation. Imported from Thingiverse.
