Airfiltermount for Sovol SV08

Update as of September 16, 2024:

I have added a second version that you can place the airfiler directly over the exhaust fan. You need to print the new cover (deckel2.stl)  which spaces the filter out 35mm and has a cutout for the fan and replace the original cover. you also need to print halter2.stl to attach to the SV08 backpanel.

Roller, axle and cover are the same.

Be aware that allmost all air that is filtered is sucked through the printer!

With this mount, you can attach the IKEA uppatvint airfiltration system to the back of the Sovol SV08 (with enclosure). You can also mount it to the right side with the mount as is. To mount it to the left sidepanel, just mirror the base (halter.stl) before printing.

You need one threaded insert M3x4x5 and an M3x8mm capscrew to assemble.

If it's dangeling to much due to vibration, you might have to fixate the filter with doublesided tape or velcro to the backplate of the enclosure.

Print in PLA, no supports needed. Orientation as depicted.

OpenSCAD includes as always.
