This is an attempt of making a placeholder DSA 1.75 key with as high finish as I could get it.
Note that this might not match your DSA set perfectly as my set was only concave in one direction and not a “dish” like the 1u keys, see the 3D preview.
After many iterations I believe I have found a good orientation to both get the small radius's in the corners and good consistency in the top concave area.
The secret sauce was to print the entire cap on a raft and at an angle (I took inspiration from levpopov Chicago Steno. This vastly improved the corner radius's and overall made the most consistent result. The print work as is but I wet-sanded mine with sandpaper to smooth it out (I was impatient and only sanded until I couldn't feel the layer lines anymore, should probably sand it a bit further to hide them fully).
I initially used Rozakiin's DSA-profile Github but as mentioned in earlier, my other keys do not match this design so I ended up making my own to match my own set.
I have only tried it on standard Cherry MX stems. Printed with Prusament PLA Lipstick red (sample I got with the printer). I wanted it to be easily removable so the stem engagement isn't the full length and I added a generous guided area at the start.
My settings/setup (Prusa mini smooth PEI sheet with Prusaslicer):
