Ender 3 (v2) Stealthburner (final) mounting plate + Probe and CAN board mount

i threw together some files to create this stealthburner backplate to be used on an ender 3 (v2)

I was on the search for a backplate for the ender 3 V2 for the final release of the stealthburner. since i couldnt find anything, that satisfied me, i found some other .step and made this backplate. it fits E3 (not tested) and E3V2 (tested) x-plate very well. 

furthermore i wanted to use an EBB36 with my stealthburner but i cant screw it on the back of the cw2 motor, because that would restrict the movement because of the z profiles. so i also made a mount for that and a bl touch. You can also find a file for a bl touch only and Bltouch+ebb42.

Printsettings should be the same as all the other voron parts material can be PLA but i would recommend ABS/PETG

BOM for backplate (for V2):

  • 4x M3x8 BHCS
  • 1x M3x18 BHCS + washer and nut (goes into the only hole that has no thread on the x-carrier plate)
  • 1x M3 short heat insert (goes into the right side)
  • 1x desired backplate

BOM for EBB/Bltouch mount:

  • 2x M3x6 BHCS
  • 2x M3x8 BHCS
  • 1x M3x18 BHCS
  • 2x M3 short heat insert (goes into the bl touch mount from the bottom side)
  • 2x/3x printed spacers
  • 1x Mount (for either: BLT; BLT+EBB36; BLT+EBB42)

Probe_Offset: 

  • X=38,4
  • Y=2 
  • Z=1.43mm (please measure z for yourself)

 

The only problem i found is that the hotendcarriage is slightly in the way of one of the screws. you can see in one of the pictures, where you need to cut away a small bit of material to make it fit. it wont be bad for the function of the part. in the future i will release a recessed screwhole, but for now this works.
