This cap is designed to allow you to fill a 2-liter bottle with water, and then attach a hose that will slowly drip the water into a plant container over a period of time.
IMPORTANT: Cut a small washer out of craft foam to help seal the bottle to this cap. Alternatively, you could use a small rope of modeling clay or polymer clay to seal things up.
You can not use a typical drip irrigation nozzle with this as it does not have enough pressure to overcome the nozzle's diaphragm. Either modify a drip nozzle, or drill small holes in the 1/4" drip tubing. I designed this to slowly water tomato plants that are inside of a grow chamber at a slow rate to prevent spillage.
