Where does the foam come from?

Printed parts between a Bambu A1 and an Ender 3 V3 SE, had to use a heat gun on a few parts to make them plyable to "fit" their mating part but came up pretty nice in the end.

I have printed 75% scaled without any problems. I used a fast print profile for my printer, but you can get a perfect surface finish with this nice model.
I didn't add the led part since my orange filament is shining under UV lights or even under the the blue ambient lights. (edited)

@Sergeant_Marvin Hi! The filament brand is Filamix PLA+ Orange, but I am not sure if it is available outside my country.
You can try some other fluorescent filament brand I guess.
