I'm an elementary school teacher in the US. I've been teaching 6-11 year olds classroom general music for 25 years. My family took quarantine seriously when the pandemic started and I needed a new mental challenge. I sew and cycle but I decided now was the time to really start learning electronics instead of just playing. That led me to 3D printing because there were do many projects that required some 3D printed part. I bought and Ender 3 Pro to start and now have the MK3S+ kit on the way. With teaching becoming an ever more inhospitable career, I'm looking to retire in a few years and knowing my way around 3D printing seems like a good move in that direction.
