In the models, there's an overhang where the stacking lip meets the outside wall. When I slice it, the outer layer is basically floating with no supports. Could you update the models so that there isn't an overhang anymore.
My settings are: 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle
@Samuel_1509769 I'll see what I can do with the design; it may take me a while. I can say two things, though:
1 - I have printed two of these at the 10x11 size and a few more at the smaller sizes and haven't had any issues with that overhand on my P1S with those same .2mm layer height and .4mm nozzle.
2 - I have a newer switch holder design that has zero overhangs. Slightly different use case but better in my opinion if just for switch storage (if you don't need keycaps). @Shu_1646660 I went ahead and tried to print the 5x5 in ABS. The results were OK. You can see that some of the outer wall did not fully adhere to the rest of the layers and sagged a bit.
I'll try your other design.
