Great model, printed well. Don't forget to paint the seam on front wheel to rear part of the wheel. I forgot and the seam printed visible in front :(
Fantastic model, love it! Your printer needs to be on point & set up perfectly or you’ll have fitment issues. Only thing I’d say is the nose of the bikes seems a tiny bit too short & doesn’t quite extend as far as it maybe should over the front wheel to be truly screen accurate, but really that’s just nitpicking. Great model thanks so much for sharing!
I found a TRON light cycle model on Printables, printed it and I didn't like the engineering of it. I decided to build this up from scratch re-engineered to my satisfaction to a be a build-up model kit. I am also learning Fusion 360 with each project and in this project, I learned overlays on my virtual build area. Each sketch I create overlays atop each other so I can assemble and disassemble the model virtually. I am currently developing a LED lit "grid" on which these will be displayed. What is shown here in the photo is a work-in-progress taste of what will be my first complete model kit.
