Printed flawlessly. Plenty of room to add a small rectangle of felt for extra screen protection. Used a drop of superglue and a cut safety-pin as a dowel for the hinge. (edited)
How can this be printed? Won't the balls move while printing them?
@DrWho_1816760 you need to print it with supports (supports on the plate only) and they won't go anywhere while printing)
Slightly rough on the edges, but after a while started rotating. Should work in project i dont need smooth movement. If your printer isn't as precise as needed for smooth print, and working, you might try breaking in the balls with edge of knife/scizzors - did work out fine in my case, after several forced rotations they turn smoothly enough now.
