Very nice model. I printed this in Polymaker Metallic Red and adjusted the size of the model - it's 215mm tall.
Great in itself, I simply drilled 2 holes for the controller sticks.
Unfortunately, abs variant has already broken 2 times in 2 days(Glued with 2k Epoxy) , the holder is the least solid part, I have now printed it out of petg, I hope it lasts longer, if necessary you could provide the holder with a little hole for a metal Part, in think 1mm is enough, or alternatively, make it a little thicker.
@B1ackbu2n51_572345 the holder is standard gopro mount. I used this so that you can attach even a gopro for a first person view. If I change the thickness it will be strictly possible to mount the cover only
@CristianOnescu
I don't mean the thickness of the holder itself, but the connection to the cover,
Maybe just as a slightly downward extension, so that there is more material for the layer adhesion.
Preferably on both sides.
I'll also try to print it diagonally, but supports in petg are nightmare
Works really nice, would you consider trying to add an option to close the lid with control sticks attached?
@spitfire_1818206 sure! I can work on that too! Also don’t forget that the lid can be replaced anytime with a sport camera for a nice perspective since it has the go pro type of mounts 🤘. thanks for your review and i will try to be back asap with a cover that supports sticks
@CristianOnescu thanks! Forgot to note I've printed that with PCTG (which is more impact resistance than PETG) which makes it also great for protection, and with the support for the sticks it would be both pretty well protected AND always ready to go :) Not sure how easy to print would that be, but I hope it's worth trying :) (edited)
What scanner did you use to do this ?
hi do you have this files but in better resolution ?
Hi. Can you make a Freddy Fazbear mask from Five Nights at Freddy's for lego mario?
