The screw is now reverse thread, so counter clockwise screws it in. 

you will need to glue the clip to the body, i use epoxy.

I added an extended clip, this pushes the dispenser out away from you, - i found that my clothing was getting in the way a little bit.  

I have make it slightly larger, and changed the guide thickness, changed the slot for the guide to make it stronger, lowered the internal roll guide so that the cover sits flush, strengthened the clip. 

I have also reversed the orientation of the dispenser, - now if it is on your front right side, you can pull the roll with your left hand and grab the paster with your right hand. (because of this reversed orientation, the screw is now reverse thread)
