To assist in leveling a riding lawn mower deck. Designed for use with the LA-series 48" deck based on the JD Owners  Manual alternate leveling instructions, but should work with other makes/models. Files are .STEP and can be modified as needed to meet other models.

Printed in PLA with a max speed of 250mm/s perfectly on my Ankermake M5, but easily adaptable to your material and printer settings (they're simply cubes). Based on the method below, two rear blocks and one front block are required.

Instructions post-print:
1. Place two rear blocks at 51mm (2in) cubed on each side of the rear of the deck to position the left and right on the back of the deck and one front block at 46.5mm (1-13/16in) cubed to position the front center of the deck.

2. Set the deck to 65mm (2.5in) cutting height.

3. The mower deck is level if lightly touching each of the three blocks. (On level ground…)

4. If the rear of the mower deck is not touching the rear blocks, or is sitting heavily on the blocks, adjust the rear links by turning the leveling nut on each link, left and right respectively. Once correctly leveled, the blocks should easily slide in and out beneath the deck.

5. Adjust the front in the same fashion as step 4 using the front arm adjustment. The front block is smaller to prevent blades from double-cutting the grass and damaging that soon-to-be lush-cut grass.
