I suggest printing in PETG for longevity (unless there's even better stuff by now!). Originally I used PLA due to availability and it warped over about a year of use.

I used 0.3mm layer height.

Important: Supports are required for the bar recess and the rest of the model, however you must use whatever feature of your slicer to ensure support is not printed inside the cable tie recesses. I use PrusaSlicer and essentially placed resized rectangles which tell it what areas to ignore the support settings.

Model origin

Differences of the remix compared to the original

This is a modification of the BarButtons model by Joost. There are two mods:

  1. I've made it deeper by several mm so I can fit in a WeMos D1 Mini (once the socket is de-soldered!) in order to take a switched 12v feed from the motorcycle and drop it to 5v.
  2. I've added two channels around the handlebar recess to take cable ties, along with an extension at the top of the controller in order to take another recess so I can run a cable tie around a mirror stalk, so as to prevent rotation of the whole device when in use.

For full instructions and setup details please refer to Joost's site.
