CREALITY K1+K1C LID RISER V2 [50mm height]

Printed it!

Some issues:
1) you designed it for bolts with 5.30mm head but there are bolts with flat head 5.90 diameter. In some places like hinges I really struggled to fit 5.90 head bolts
2) front and right walls vent slider is actually has design flaw compared to previous version. The handle is on bottom and has curve shape. This forces us to not only press went to the side but to press it inside too. Then the whole panel get pushed inside and due to the tight fit it never returns back.
3) bowden tube gets some unplesant twists in certain scenarios when toolhead moves close to left side. Illustrated it on photo.

I've installed BTT SFS sensor. So this is what I've changed to accomplish this:
1) changed your back wall adding 2 additional bolt sockets:

2) made this mount plate:

3) cut hole in the vent slider for bowden tube
Those changes restricted me from adding led parts to back wall. BTT SFS must be high enough to toolhead not hit it, but it still fits inside.

Instead of scaling walls I've scaled corners. Here is the corner with -0.6mm on both sides. With it I was able to fit in walls without downscaling them:

Printed with ABS-GF + aluminum dust. Very brittle material but color and texture fits well. (edited)

@bina_2034946 Hi! Thanks for the review and rate!
Great adaptation of the sensor. Congrats! ;)

Regarding the points you mentioned:
1) you designed it for bolts with 5.30mm head but there are bolts with flat head 5.90 diameter. In some places like hinges I really struggled to fit 5.90 head bolts.
RL - Even though all my screws are the right size for my projects, I'll take that into consideration for the new riser.

2) front and right walls vent slider is actually has design flaw compared to previous version. The handle is on bottom and has curve shape. This forces us to not only press went to the side but to press it inside too. Then the whole panel get pushed inside and due to the tight fit it never returns back.
RL - This happens because the vents are too tight within the wall. If you use closed scissors (or another metal object) and pass them inside the walls from one side to the other to clean any imperfections in the openings, you'll see it will work much better and you won't have this problem.

3) bowden tube gets some unplesant twists in certain scenarios when toolhead moves close to left side. Illustrated it on photo.

RL - I left the tube inside the chain. I bought a Capricorn PTFE tube and gave it a larger curve near the extruder. My tube barely touches the side wall when the printer is printing on the left side.

Thank you again for the feedback. It helps me improve the projects and release better versions. ;D (edited)
