For 22" wide toolbox drawers, specifically the larger drawers on the U.S. General Series 2 toolboxes.

These dividers lay in with a 4x4 pattern, and fit snugly into the drawers. You can (just barely) fit two trays on a 256mm built plate. You need 16 trays per drawer.

The dividers have a small cut-out to make it easy to bend the label tab over. They should be a snug fit into the slots in the trays. They are meant to snap into place lightly.

The small bowties-pieces provide a means to align the trays, but depending on the accuracy of your printer you may find that you need to scale them up or down a small amount. They are meant to fit snugly (the cut out shape is meant to give some flexibility) so they stay put when you flip the trays over to put them into the drawers.

You may find that its easiest to assemble the 4x4 grid of trays upside down on the benchtop, and use some tape to hold the bowties in place. Then you can lift the whole grid up, flip it over and place it into the drawer.

We designed these to provide endmill organization for our shop at Toolpath Labs
