AirPods Pro 1. and 2. Gen Tips sizes S/M/L

Replacement tips for Apple AirPods Pro 1. and 2. Generation in three sizes S/M/L that I made for my guests to sanitarily use my AirPods. Print in TPU or TPE for squishy, comfortable fit. M size should fit in general, S is for kids in my opinion. I tested the tips on 1. Gen AirPods Pro but they were reported to also fit for 2. Gen AirPods Pro.

Printing parameters

• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Material: TPU or TPE (I used eSUN TPE with shore hardness 83A), best dried before use
• Slicer settings: be sure to tick ‘avoid crossing walls’ and ‘print sequence by object’ instead of ‘print sequence by layer’ to reduce stringing to a minimum
• Support: no
• All three pairs print in 23min on my P1S
• Costs: 1ct per piece

The tips snap on the AirPods. Twist slightly left and right a few times with a little push to secure the tip.  All three sizes have perfect fit with the MagSafe case.
