The SSD version holds 6x Small Form Factor (SFF) 2.5" (7mm thick) drives in the space of two 5.25"
CD drives. The HDD version fits 10mm thick drives in the same space.
This allows you to make use of empty space in older computer cases, such as a DIY NAS solution. The mounting holes in the tray are sized for use with M3 screws, the same used on most SSDs. Each drive is held in place without fasteners. On a true 7mm drive, it should be a light friction fit.
UL94 V0 PETG filament is recommended for its fire-retardant properties. Not designed for spinning hard drives.
