IKEA Metod hinge adapter

Ikea metod cabinets doors are intended to be mounted using hinges screwed inside the cabinet. I needed to mount the doors on the outside of the surrounding units. This requires an adapter/spacer that simulates 18mm cabinet wall.

There are 5 holes that you can use to mount it to the cabinet - I have only used 3 and it works well - just make sure to use the one furthest from the door. Mount using screws with countersink.
