NodeMCU V3 - ESP8266 case

This is a case for the NodeMCU V3 - ESP8266 

(e.g. for AZ-Delivery ESP8266 NodeMCU Lolin V3)

esp8266_case_box v5: added two holes to mount box with screws on a plate (e.g. with 2xM2).

Features:

• Easy and fast to print
• Some space for cables / parts within case
• The ESP8266 can be placed either with reset /flash button up or down. If placed up, there are two holes to press these buttons even with closed cap. 
• There is clearance for the GPIOs on top of the cap. In the Box there is a hole (8mm diameter) where GPIO cables can be passed out from / to the box.
• The cap is "clicked" into place (no glue/screws needed) and can be opened again.
• The USB Port of the ESP8266 is always accessible.
