My friend and I have using V3 for a day, we all encounter an error "exctrude below mininum temp", we suspect that the air channel of the 4020 fan has leakage to the extruder, to make the extrude to cool. We just using some sticker to bridge the leakage. And other suggestion is about the exit of the air channel of 5015 fans, would you make the exit become wider (expand more to the back side), coz I has test the 'Hero Me Gen 7 Fans Mod' by JungleG1337, with every condition same gcode file, his model has better cooling effecticiency, where I found the main difference of the air channel is he use much wider exit.
@kironlau_1285865 Strange behavior: my nozzle temperature isn't changing much. When I set the temperature to 200°C and switch the part cooling fan from 0% to 100%, it drops by around 0.6°C. The same occurs when I turn the fans off; it rises by around 1°C. Have you adjusted your PID settings for the heater?
@JungleG1337_290793 After the error occur, I reduce the 4020 fan speed to 0.4, and recalibrated the PID, the error seems not occur. ( I just print some calibration test yesterday, I will do large printing today, let me report if any error) (edited)
@kironlau_1285865 Good to know that it seems to work now. It's still a little bit strange. I haven't changed my PID settings from the stock ones and have no problems with the heatsink fan. Do you happen to know the RPM of your 4020 fan?
@OrzOrzOrz_1498531 it is working fine now, today I have been printing for 4 hr (now continuing), no problems occur. My 4020 is marked as 9000 RPM; air volume =11.25 CFM.

@kironlau_1285865 did you redo the PID calibration after changing the fan and the shroud?

@kironlau_1285865 Good job
