(3) Chassis has hole for wires to pass through

Elemental 6 V2 is a 6cm, Full-Range speaker driver you can 3D print at home. This is not just printing a cabinet! Buying the parts needed comes in at around £15/$20 and will allow you to make 5 drivers, giving Elemental V2 a low cost of £3/$4 per driver.

Elemental 6 is the middle of the 3 sizes and is best suited to PC Speakers or larger portable applications. Using 4 drivers (2 for left, 2 for right) a small soundbar could also be a suitable application. It is the best all rounder.

Cone, Surround, Spider, Dome & Chassis are all 3D printed components. A guide is attached which goes into detail of the assembly, motor choice, amplifier and print settings, so check that out 1st!!

Want to get the parts needed? Check out my website:

Frequency Response = 70 < 16,500Hz

SPL = 70dB @ 1W/1M on Self Sourced Motor

Maximum SPL in Stereo = 81dB @ 1W/1M

Don't want to source all the parts for the motor and just want to get it direct? I offer the Entry motor which is £20 before shipping, and only has 2 motors. These motors however are +6dB more powerful. If you want the extra power, check out the link below:

Looking for something bigger and more powerful than this!? Patreon is the place to be, using bigger and more powerful motors, which are creating more capable and HIFI quality speaker drivers. It also gets you some behind the scenes of how I design these drivers and what is involved:
