Here are some Bins with a low front face to be mounted on the IKEA Skådis board with T-nuts. The collection of bins are available in widths ranging from 80 mm to 200 mm and in bottom depths of 50 mm or 60 mm. Some of the bins have dividers to get multiple pockets.
The bins is mounted on the Skadis board using a T-nut that is made to fit M3 screws. T-nuts ensure a strong and secure hold and are easy to install and remove by using a screwdriver. The bins are available in two different versions, one with countersunk holes and the other with flat holes, depending on the type of screws you use. The screws that you will need to use should be about 15 mm in length.
Place the screw in the T-nut through the holes in the bin and screw it in until the T-nut is about 2-3 mm from the back of the bin, insert the T-nuts vertically through the Skadis holes, then as you tighten the screw the T-nut will turn and lock the bin to the board.
You can find and download the matching T-nut here: Skadis T-nut for M3 screw.
In the model files, the parts are orientated in the direction best suited for printing. Use PLA for printing with a layer height of 0.2mm and a nozzle width of 0.4mm. A wall, bottom and top thickness of at least 3 lines and an infill of 25% (100% if the bin is to have all solid walls). A support structure for the screw hole is recommended for the printing.
