THIS BOX HAS AN IMPROVED VERSION: https://makerworld.com/en/models/963939

I am still working on the documentation, please wait to have these parts made if you're not sure what you are doing. If you know what you're doing, go ahead.

Get Made at YOUR OWN RISK. If your are confused on something, reach out to me in pm's or discord or anywhere else. I'll try to help as best as I can.

Box is meant to be CNC'd out of aluminum and be a very tough box, much tougher than 3d printed boxes and customizable/modular to the end user. The bottom countersinks are to be all the way drilled the rest of the way through by end user or manufacture to match mounting pattern of specific VESC's (Included are Ubox 100v, Thor 300, LFOC v3/Tronic 250r, Raiden 7)

No built in led bar due to machining complexity, will be optional 3D Printed part that bolts to the lid.

Buttons and charge port housing will be 3d printed. I may upload CNC'd housings later

Primarily uses cable glands for battery, motor, footpad, and led bar passthroughs. The motor cable gland can be replaced with the SF female connector.

FITS:
-Raiden 7 and maybe 2s2p (untested)
-Lfoc V3/Tronic 250r and 2s2p
-Ubox 100v
-Thor 300 (haven't tested 2s2p addition)

THREADS (Not Modeled, just holes are modeled):
-Lid to Box hole threads, M3
-Rail to Box hole threads are M5 (or to use stock XR bolts, 10/32 1/8")

Notes:
-Lid is 3mm thick (aluminum or poly carb)
-Gasket is supposed to be 1.1 mm thick (tpu or rubber)
-2x PG13.5 Cable Glands (Motor and battery) and 1x PG7 Gland(Footpad)
-The LED Bar is a printed part that bolts to the lid (this saves alot of material needed for printing a led bar housing that would attach to the box itself and reduces holes necessary to cut into the side wall of the box)
-The charge port and button are housed in 3d printed parts, plan currently is to insert them into the parts, expoy/pot them into the housings, then bolt the housings to the box (seal the housing to the box with a gasket or silicone)
