Tin can hydroponics (not working)

Tin can hydroponic system i'm currently working on, has not yet been printed or tested. should fit regular cans?

I used tree supports, build plate only.

Float needs printed with 1 wall and 0 infill and I used a clear spray lacquer to seal. Should float quite well.
