5" touchscreen desk case with RPi4 mount in it, for Octoprint

5" touchscreen desktop case with RPi4 mount inside. This allows the display to be used universally. This can be used for Octoprint. 

I used four M3*10 each for mounting the RPi4 and the lid. 
Four matching nuts are also needed for both.
The nuts for the lid can be inserted either subsequently or by print in place.

• 8x DIN 934 M3 nut

Changelog: 
v2: The tolerances for the grooves of the m3 nuts have been increased so that the nuts can be inserted more easily.
v3: The tolerance for the M3 screws was increased so that the screws fit better through the holes. Also, the lid was made a little thicker.

The case was adapted to fit a Raspberry PI 4.
In addition, some design changes were made and the Fab Lab Siegen logo was added.
