A collection of male adapters to connect to the CAMLOCK system by PeterH.

Peters design of the CAMLOCK system is great for simple quick connection to attach various items to a vacuum hose. 

This model offers a set of 400+ male adapters to connect to the CAMLOCK system. Included are Hose Adapters, Soft Tube/PVC adapters and Nozzles.

These CAMLOCK are based on Peters Specifications with some slight tweaks to reduce need for supports on angles over 45deg.

Hose adapters

The hose adapters support connection the CAMLOCK system to existing hoses and tools. Pre generated are all common sizes so should cover most needs.

  • Each size has an option of Outer Diameter measurement or Inner Diameter. 
    • Outer Diameter (OD): Intended for the printed tube to go inside your existing hose or fitting.
    • Inner Diameter (ID): Intended for the printed tube to go over your existing hose or fitting.
  • 40mm long connector
  • 3mm taper on each connector, from -1.5 to +1.5
  • Wall thickness of 2mm
  • Straight, 30deg or 45deg options

 

Nozzles

A variety of nozzle styles sizes and angles for a variety of use cases.

  • 7 different nozzle styles
  • Wall thickness of tip is 1.2mm
  • Straight, 30deg or 45deg options

 

PVC Tube connectors

For attaching plastic soft PVC tubing to the CMALOCK system. Attaching PVC to a vacuum is a great way to get a long flexible nozzle to get in to hard to reach places.

  • Sizes 4mm(5/32in) to 26mm. 
  • Sizes are for the inside of the hose (outside of the adapter)
  • Length of 20mm.
  • Wall thickness set appropriately for connector size.
  • Barbs to ensure secure connection.
