Disney Pin Board (Millennium Falcon)

Yet another pin board for the Star Wars pins you collect from Galaxy's Edge and other Disney attractions.

All parts printed in PLA at 0.2mm layer height. I designed a 0.18mm gap between all parts that fit together based on the tolerances of my printer and the filament I used. The size of the largest part, the “aft” section, was limited by my print bed.

When printing the 'meshes', use 13% gyroid infill. 13% seems to be the sweet-spot for the size of the individual pin diameters, and the gyroid pattern is what I have displayed in the accompanying photos. Ensure that you turn off printing the top and bottom layers in order to expose the infill which serves as the 'mesh' on which to mount the pins.

Unlike my previous pin boards I did not use frames to hold everything together.  The entire pin board assembly is held together solely by super glue between the mating surfaces of the pieces, and the clips mounted on the back of the assembly to hold the glued edges together.  There are 8 curved clips for around the center small circle, 2 curved clips for joining the bow to the forecastle, and 12 straight clips for joining the rest of the flat mating surfaces.
