This is a Ramp only, if you search the Cybertruck RC car, it can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/713034-tesla-cybertruck-rc

  Story:

I planned to do some Cybertruck RC jumping videos, but I didn't found any good 3D Printed RC car ramp, so I do it! It is ongoing project: currently under printing&testing. Any kind of feedback is very welcome!

Usually this kind of ramps are made from wood, or from injection molding plastic, but I want it to make 3D Printed /adjustable/modular: so it can build so big, height, wide, as you like it.

Main features:

  • All elements are Prusa Mini compatible!
  • No Support need for any part!
  • Adjustable RC ramps angle: you can choose the jumping height, and angles as you wish
  • Any kind of width and height ramp can be built due to the modular design
  • Few variation of brick type:
    • Ramp_1: Fix length side member
    • Ramp_2: Floor element
    • Ramp_3 and Ramp_4 (optional): Barrier elements
    • Ramp_5: Starting element / Floor element
    • Ramp_6: Starting element / Side element
    • Ramp_7: Cross reinforcing for bottom (you can place extra weights and rocks on this element, if you RC car move the ramp, during jumping)
    • Ramp_8: Variable lengths side members: With this element you can set the ramp heights: you should measure how long element you need and you need print only that elements (currently .3mf file uploaded, from 12 mm to 182 mm length with 2 mm steps). Use the “Split to objects” feature in the Prusa Slicer!

What you need for assembly:

Currently it is fixed together with screws and Nuts, but there are some future plan to do it with a quick connections: It has to be test, because the 1:8 and 1:10 Scale RC cars can produce a heavy load to the ramp.

  • M3x12 Countersink Screws (for Ramp_2, Ramp_7)
  • M3x25 Countersink Screws (for others)
  • M3 Hexagon Nuts (for Ramp_1, Ramp_5, Ramp_6)
  • M3 Square Nuts (for Ramp_2, Ramp_7)

The screw/nuts quantity dependent how big ramp you build. Check the .stl file in the Ramp_assembly for assembly information.
