Extruder Knob for Anycubic Kobra Go / Ender 3

Remix of MayrM's knob but scaled down to dia 33 mm. The original seemed too clumsy.
The part attaching to a stepper's shaft is scaled to 101%.

Fits to stock extruder on Anycubic Kobra Go, should be compatible with Ender 3 and other similar printers.
