A Nozzle Wiper with a poop shoot and ooze blocker, that I built for my Anycubic Kobra. This worked pretty well for me for 3+ Months until I moved on to a different printer. As my new printer does not allow me to move the nozzle far enough off the bed to effectively use the wiper, no further updates from my side are to be expected.
To use all features, you have to be able, to move the nozzle ~40mm off the bed. The triangle wipers did not work for me, the square ones did.
Included is a mount for the Anycubic Kobra with ~10mm adjustments in all dimensions. The mount klicks into place onto the v-wheel spacers between the metal plate and the left Z-extrusion and might possibly fit other v-wheel i3-style printers as well.
The wiper consists of the main body, the ooze stopper, the poop shoot and a variable number of square and triangle wipers. Each wiper consists of of two mirrored parts and a piece of silicone sheet sandwiched in between. The ooze blocker consists of a main body wit a m3 hole and a spot for a m3 nut in the bottom, a square insert and a (sacrificial) part between the insert and the screw and two pieces of silicone. The screw and nut in the bottom allow pushing the insert and silicone parts upwards if needed. all screws/nuts/inserts used are m3.
The silicone parts are either 15x15 mm squares, triangles resulting from cutting a 15x15 mm square diagonally or a 15 mm wide and about 40mm long strip. The exact length of the strip does not matter that much, as long, as it's long enough to be clamped down on both sides. The parts are designed, to work with any silicon parts thicker than 0.9mm and just clamp them into place.
spare holder parts can be used as spacers or to fill the main body, so the parts are properly clamped together.
Blue parts in the model are silicone, everything else is printed.
I have uploaded an assembly with one of each part as step-file and m3f, so you can pick and multiply the parts as needed. I also added parts of my klipper config to give you an idea, how this can be used.
Edit: Square holder part is present only once, but needs to be printed twice for assembly.
If you find a problem or have an idea how to improve something, you are welcome to create a remix from the step-file or the onshape project.
