The OC cooler in combination with a non destructive Thermal Mod + JSAUX backplate will keep the temps on your overclocked Steam Deck under control giving you enough headroom to not worry about stressing your device with to much heat on the die.

( OPTIONAL) Generic Steam Deck TPU sleeve:
Check pictures above to see what modification I did to the Heat sink to make the fan fit inside it! I used pointed pliers and twisted/ pulled every single heat sink “tooth”.
Use thinner cables then the battery comes with to make it fit inside the case.
Connect the battery to the charging board and also the fan with the switch in between, this is straight forward and should be pretty much self explanatory, the PCB is nicely marked where to connect the battery and where the outlet is.
The 5 volt fan is directly driven from the Lipo battery without a booster. On 5 volt the fan can get pretty noisy.
for this Mod to work efficiently you have to do the non destructive thermal modification on your steam deck, check the video on the bottom of the page to see what you need to do!!!
THIS IS VITAL FOR THIS COOLER TO WORK AS INTENDED!!
