I discovered that one of the biggest cause or warping in my prints was the turbolence generated by the 4x4 part cooling fan at the intake.
When the outtake has lower capacity than the intake, the excess intake air creates turbolence around the intake, that ends up on the print, accelerating the cooling of upper layer and then inducing warping.
so i came up with this design to shield the print from these drafts.
Orientation of the shield is due to the clockwise rotation of the fan.
This mounts directly on any 40x40 fan.
