I didnt like how the pcb wasnt flush against the print so I improved it a little

TL;DR: No supports, print at 0.15mm with PLA, then superglue them as shown in photos.

 

The original post is from https://www.reddit.com/r/framework/comments/qtxqa4/diy_fullsize_sd_card_expansion_card/ but as seen from that OP's photos the SD card PCB is not flat on the printed part due to some electrical components on the underside. This is in addition to the card not having a top cover, making it relatively unsightly in my opinion. 

 

This model simply edits the framework's original expansion card model to have a top cover and space for the underside of the PCB. Simply superglue the modified SD card reader (follow the reddit post's instructions) into this new case, glue the top cover, and it's good as new.
