This is a base for creating custom faces for a drawer pull.
I think that most of us with 3d printers want to have the freedom to make what we want so I generally design with customization in mind.
This pull has swappable bases for standard and metric hardware and is created in such a way as not to require supports.
Included is the blank solid face as well as a few custom faces I created.
For the infill faces, I found them to be surprisingly elegant.
Turn off the top and bottom layers and choose the pattern and infill you think looks the best. You can use the 2 pieces if your infill is see-through to give an accent color or just match the knob.
If you run over-extruded and super fast infill you may want to adjust these for a cleaner print.
I do not have an MMU so I have been doing a lot of multi-part prints to get the looks I want, because layer-swapping colors don't always get me the result I want.
Have fun and create your fan knobs, I will try to upload a few more when I can.
If you make a cool one please share it here!
Thanks and happy printing.
