Marshal's Flag

The buggy had a hole that needed filled. This was the obvious choice.  

It's 3.5MM in diameter, I think the hole is supposed to be 4.  It fits in my buggy print a little lose.

The angle of the hole in the back of the buggy seems to be angled ~103 degrees.
