Magnetic HP Dials Gloomhaven Frosthaven

Added next Version on 29th of December 2024. 

• Bases now have a socket that holds the magnet
• Double sided dials will be inserted into the socket
• Magnets needed reduced by half (1 per base instead of 2)
• Dial Tops from version 1 still work
• I recommend printing circular stickers for the double sided dials (will add print sheets later)

Version 1

Magnetic HP Tracker for miniatures and regular cardboard enemies, created for use in Gloomhaven and Frosthaven. Your mini will be glued to a custom base that is magnetically connected to the HP tracking dial. You will always have a good view of the value as the bases have a visible gap. There‘s also an optional disk that can hold 2 status markers.

You need 7mm x 1mm magnets: 2 for each dial, 1 for each miniature base, 1 for each status disk.

Assembly Guide

The dials are double sided and come in two sizes. You can simply flip the dials from side to side since both sides have a magnet.
Small size (25mm) side A: 1-11, side B: 12-22
Large size (30mm) side A: 1-20, side B: 21-40

For me the maximum HP of a level 6 or 7 elite monster determined the base size I was using (with some exceptions). If you want less prints, you can use the 30mm dials only. They will fit all current regular Gloomhaven monsters. You can see here which size I used for which monster

Prints well on both resin and FDM printers, but I cannot recommend printing the status disks on a resin printer. Mine broke apart after around a year.

You have to download the numbers pdf file and print it on a piece of paper, cut them out and glue them to the dials.
