The picture of the printed model is after one year of use.
Print in PLA with a .2mm layer height. Print with the USB C hole facing the plate. Make sure you've calibrated your printer for dimensional accuracy and tuned the flow rate for the filament you're using. You may have to adjust the size of the model in your slicer by .5%-1% (larger or smaller) in order to get the perfect tolerance. No support is needed.

I have been using this print at work for just over a year now and thought that I would mention a few things. The print has worked well this entire time; however, since mine is printed in PLA, it is susceptible to temperature changes. I find that if I leave it in my car during the summer, the tolerance gets a bit looser. If I leave it in my car during the winter, the tolerance gets tighter. If you can print the YubiKey holder in a filament that will be less susceptible to environmental temperature changes, I would recommend it. Otherwise, just don't leave it in your car or any super hot or cold environment and it should work well.
