This is a shifter cover and cupholder for a Corvair Early Model (1960-1964). It sits tightly over a Clark's (corvair.com) short shifter housing that sticks up off the floor. It would not have any attachment for a standard shifter. The rubber part is a trimmed stock shift boot. The print was done in two parts, the shifter cover and the cup holder that surrounds it. Each print takes around 12 hours at high quality settings. It is thick and sturdy so it should hold up when printed in PLA, PETG, ABS, or ASA filament.
To get a nice top surface, the cover must be printed upright with lots of support. The cupholder attachment prints as-is. You could carefully position them on the print bed and print them together.
