A fully 3D printed vertical case similar to a Velka 5.1. It's 6.6 Liters in volume with a footprint of only 185x116mm (7.25x4.5").
I've been using mine for well over a year now with zero noticeable issues. Build restrictions are similar to other ITX cases.
Additional components you WILL need:
Total should be around 500g of filament, so a cost of $70-80
[A list of instructions] details what you need to print and how to assemble the case and computer.
A step file is included. I will not be making any modifications except fixes.
I strongly recommend PETG or something with a similar tolerance to heat and stress for all structural components. The side panels are okay in PLA.
Supports should be mostly unnecessary, though a well-tuned printer is important. Good bed adhesion is critical to minimize warping.
I used a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.2mm height for everything, but it doesn't matter too much. The total printing time was about 30 hours with these settings.
Solid side panels are provided for slicer meshing [see here]
Update 10/16/22 - Motherboard Panel, fixed riser cable placement so GPU positioning is improved
