spare nozzle case for creality style nozzles

This is a slightly adjusted nozzle box to hold the mk8 style nozzle since they are a bit higher. All credits go to martin he made the thing. 

While i had it converted to a cad file i went in there and made the overhang easier to print. and gave the bottom a chamfer. it is beter for printing then a fillet and combats elephants foot.
