"Klein bottle" back-loaded horn speaker

• Enclosure of back-loaded horn speaker inspired from Klein bottle.
• It is designed for 50mm (2inch) speaker unit, but it can be easily scaled up or down.
• Easy to print without support.
• The dimension of the enclosure is 182(D) x 112(H) x 108(W) [mm] (excluding speaker unit and bezel).

How to make

This enclosure is originally designed for very cheap (300 Yen = 3 USD) powered speaker sold in DAISO. You can find similar speaker units at amazon.com.

The enclosure can be printed as a single part (except bezel) without supports. With your slicer, rotate the model on the build table to be front face down. Bezel should be printed out separately. It has a small (5mm) hole for passing through the electric wire.
