This is a 2" arbor for an angle die grinder to hold 3M roloc or similar finishing wheels. You could put velcro on it and use it for sandpaper too. 1/4" female thread on the arbor fits a 1/4 NC - 20TPI bolt. Select one 2" long. Cut the head off the bolt and file till smooth. This bolt will be the metal shaft that goes into the angle grinder or whatever you have. Use a locking nut and tighten against the end of the thread, then spin on the plastic arbor, tighten against the nut. I usually have to clean up the hole with a tap before the threads are clean enough. Then put on the roloc disc. See the picture.

Print with 50 perimeters and solid infill. I used PETG. After a few hours of use it still seems solid. After I printed this with typical 20% infill and a few perimeters the arbor just broke after a few minutes of use so I advise a solid or very strong print.

Use this at your own risk. This is a power tool so be careful, wear safety goggles. Wear hearing protection - angle die grinders are loud. Throw it out and print another one if it starts to wear out.

If people were really keen on a M6 metric solution instead of 1/4 imperial I could probably upload that.

This is remix of 3M Roloc by NPN. Thanks NPN your work made this easy to do.
