Voron V0.1 / V0.2 rear panel with better cooling

Dimensions are 212x248x3mm. You will need a big printer to print this because it didn't fit on MK3/MK4.

Update: Added version with Voron logo. Also added a version with the motor panel attached with 2 screws, the purpose is to better seal the chamber. This version needs 2x inserts and 2x M3x8-12 screws with BHCS (Button-Head Cap Screw).
