Hi! These models are designed to adapt Festool's MFT profile to allow Ikea's Skadis accessories, i have also included some models and designs for the Skadis which i have found particularly useful whilst working and being in the workshop.
There are two versions of the adapter at the moment, there is one 100mm one and a 200mm one, i find that printing them in smaller sizes is more viable as it is quicker in time allowing more freedom and they are more stable in the printer as they are shorter. However i included a 200mm version as people have different preferences and printers. (When printing multiple 100mm versions make sure the correct corresponding adapter is used)
They lock together using a “bowtie” method which is commonly seen among woodworking designs and products, therefore i took it into account. This lock stops them from sliding individually and creates one big entity of them.
The big advantage of it being an adapter for Skadis is due to the many designs already existing from caliper holders to decorative items, not forgetting Ikea's premade and manufactured accsesories. Again, i have designed a few that i find especially useful. I have also made a collection in my profile showcasing some of the endless possibilities for skadis named “skadis tool accessories collection”.
Printing was a smooth process as it was taken into account when designing the adapters in which orientation to print with the least supports as i knew it would be nearly inevitable, but utilizing UtilMaker Cura's NORMAL supports make it possible. They are designed to be printed upright and can adjust in your slicing software. I personally used PLA filament in a copper color as it was what i had on hand and worked extremely well, but i am sure that other types of filaments can be utilized. Printing them upright was ideal for me as, the supports in the holes of the Skadis where fairly easy to remove with either blunt force or scoring the outside with a Stanley knife/blade. Some of the accessories will need supports for it to print properly.

I unfortunately do not have any MFT to show the product in use, however i have shown a replica of what it would look like on my shop workbench.
Any questions or suggestions more than welcomed, edits will likely be made and will be addressed.
