Fill it up with water using the openings on the side and keep it inside the freezer until the water is frozen.

After it we kept it outside the freezer with a conical tube inside the cooler for 1h. The temperature on \"tube B\" dropped almost 22\u00b0C when compared with the \"control tube A\".
