Printed as 2 separate parts in Elegoo Orange 1.75 PLA. 0.4 Nozzle 0.3 Layer Height 20% Infill (Increase to 30%!) - Tri-Hex Pattern 213 Degree Nozzle 65 Degree Bed The Arm Support was printed using Auto Tree Supports in Orca Slicer.
This is resting on a Viewsonic Elite XG270. Shelf is solid, I may end up giving the arm a rubber foot. There is some flexing (As noted do 30% infill above). The pictured sand castle has some decent weight to it which plays a part.
I will be printing more of these for my home desk and work desk. My next one will also be the thicker version of the shelf.
Is there a plan to make a version with a ridge along the sides of it? My desk isn’t the most stable (cheapish Amazon L Desk), but I’d love to have a version where I don’t have to worry about anything sliding off. (edited)
