@wckdpotato_484048 i cut it to a close enough shape where it just slots into place and holds. if I want to at any point I could remove it but it is in there tight enough that I don't need to worry about it coming out on its own.
@LR_Jenkins_669565 So these sheets, did you glue it? I wasn't sure if it would glue well or not with PLA and paint or if you used something else that does get it to stick on there really well without the fear of it just popping off.

@DavidYoung_1216580 the visor was made with some clear blue plastic sheets, I painstakingly made a rough shape and slowly improved on it until it fit well enough

Printed this in parts, spent far too long post processing, and painted this model. Now people can’t even tell it’s 3d printed! Super fun cosplay project and great model!
