Ikea LACK HSW (Honeycomb Storage Wall)

List of parts to print and Commercial parts:

• 1-Left-Corner
• 2-Rigth-Corner
• 3-Strip-Honeycomb (x3)

Commercial Parts

• Self-Tapping Pan Screw #5 x 1/2" (x12)
• Self-Tapping Pan Screw #10 x 5/8" (x4)

 I Left a table for references.

Print orientation:

Recommended orientation for printing as the image shows.

Print Settings

1.-Strip-Honewycomb

• Material: PETG (Recommended)
• Layer heigth: 0.2 
• Perimeters: 4
• Infill density: 20%

2.-Corners

• Material: PLA
• Layer heigth: 0.2 
• Perimeters: 4
• Brim: 3mm outside
• Infill density: 20%

Both corners should be printed with 3mm border and supports as shown in the image below.

Assembly

For assembly and installation, first place and fix both corners. Then slide a Strip-Honeycomb into both corners, lining up the #5 self-tapping screw holes.

Finally put the third Strip-Honeycomb in the center making sure it is tight and aligned with the others.

Note: Predrill all holes before screwing
